Shipping & Returns

Clear rules. Fast resolution. Below are our shipping timelines, size exchanges, returns, and warranty terms.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as the carrier updates the shipment.

Delivery estimates:
Standard: 7–20 business days (varies by destination).
Customs processing may extend delivery times depending on your country.

Perfect Fit Exchange (Size Swap)

If your shoes don’t fit, we offer a size exchange to the next size up or down in the same style, subject to availability.

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Limited to one replacement per customer.
  • Exchanged items are not eligible for further returns unless the replacement has a manufacturing defect.

Returns (Change of Mind)

You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped to our return location (address provided upon request).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
  • In-person returns are not accepted.
To qualify, items must be:
• Unused and in original packaging
• Include all accessories (e.g., height inserts/wedges)
• Include any free items tied to order-value promotions (if applicable)
Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected. Bundle discounts and unreturned free gifts may be deducted when applicable.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the case.

Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper storage.
